Great News

I got some great news on Friday. My contract for employment has been extended until the end of the year. So at least I'll be able to eat and pay my mortgage for another three months. But damn, that commute. Why can't Fannie Mae open a branch in the OC?

Then on Saturday, I got some not so great news. Robert has contracted walking pneumonia and he's on antibiotics until it passes. I've been with him for the past three weeks? or so you'd think I would of gotten sick, too, since it takes that long to develop, but no. My crazy overactive immune system has kicked in and I feel fine. I popped in on Sunday to check up on him and he's just a miserable wreck right now. Feel better soon, Robert.
